This Privacy Policy explains how GLP1Place (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use GLP1Place.com and its community, tools, AI assistant and newsletters (the “Site”). The Site is intended for adults 21 and older. By using the Site you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Information we collect

We do not intentionally collect health information, government ID numbers or payment card information. We do not sell products, so we do not process payments.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account, verify your email and keep the community safe (spam prevention, fraud and abuse detection, moderation, enforcing our Terms and Community Guidelines).
- To operate the Site’s features, including chat, forums, calculators and the AI assistant.
- To send service emails (verification, password reset, mention notifications you enable, policy changes) and, only if you opted in, occasional newsletters.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve content and tools, using aggregated analytics.
- To measure affiliate link clicks so we can sustain the Site.
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, safety and property of GLP1Place, our members and others.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Other members: your chat name, avatar and the content you post in the community are visible to other signed-in members. Your real name and email are never shown to other members.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including our web hosting provider, our email delivery provider, Google (reCAPTCHA bot protection and site analytics), and OpenAI (to generate AI assistant responses; your question and relevant site content are sent to generate an answer).
- Vendors: we do not share your personal information with vendors listed on the Site. When you click a vendor link, you leave the Site, and the vendor’s own privacy policy applies to anything you do there, including any purchase. The vendor may see that you arrived from GLP1Place.
- Legal and safety: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is needed to protect anyone’s safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms.
- Business transfers: if GLP1Place is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember settings. We use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand Site usage, and browser storage to remember preferences such as dismissed pop-ups. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features (like signing in) will not work without essential cookies. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do in any case.
5. AI assistant
Questions you send to Professor Peppy are processed by our AI provider to generate a response and are logged by us for safety, abuse prevention, quality and cost control. Do not include health, identifying or confidential information. Assistant memory is off unless you turn it on, and you can delete it at any time from the assistant panel.
6. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Community content remains until you or a moderator delete it, or your account is deleted. Security, moderation and consent records may be kept longer where needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or comply with law. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and bot protection. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion: email support@glp1place.com from your account email to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and associated personal information.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Service emails (such as security notices) cannot be turned off while you have an account.
- Notifications: manage mention and email notifications in your community settings.
State privacy rights. Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling with legal effects. To exercise any right, email support@glp1place.com. We will verify your request using your account email and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Age restriction
The Site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@glp1place.com.
10. International users
Information is stored and processed in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the Site and, where appropriate, email account holders.
