Researched for: GHRP-2 endocrine challenge evidence
Also known as: Pralmorelin, GHRP2
GHRP-2 (Pralmorelin) activates GHS-R1a to stimulate GH release, and also produces some off-target activation of non-GHS-R1a/CRF-related pathways, resulting in mild ACTH, cortisol, and prolactin co-stimulation - less pronounced than hexarelin but present, unlike the highly selective ipamorelin. It also has moderate appetite-stimulating activity, weaker than GHRP-6.

The former 100-300 mcg one-to-three-times-daily SC schedules were duplicated community protocols and were removed. Published human work largely consists of acute endocrine challenge studies.
