Researched for: GHRP-6 pharmacokinetics and endocrine effects
Also known as: GHRP6
GHRP-6 was one of the earliest synthetic GH secretagogues developed, acting as a GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) agonist. Among the GHRP-class compounds it is associated with the strongest appetite-stimulating effect, alongside GH release; it shares the class's off-target potential for mild ACTH/cortisol co-stimulation, though less studied head-to-head than GHRP-2/hexarelin in the comparative literature.

Five duplicated 100-300 mcg SC schedules were removed. The human PK study used much larger weight-based IV research doses and must not be converted into a self-use schedule.
