Catalog Description

Epitalon or Epithalon is the synthetic tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly and must be distinguished from Epithalamin which is a pineal polypeptide extract. FDA's 2026 review found inadequate human safety and efficacy evidence for the nominated use. The advisory committee recommendation is nonbinding and is not drug approval.

Catalog descriptions reflect research context only. Not a medical claim or treatment recommendation.
